These terms apply to all products and services offered by Zee Interior. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with all terms, policies, and applicable laws.
Initial consultations are free, unless otherwise stated. Any additional design revisions beyond the agreed-upon scope may incur extra charges. Designs provided are the intellectual property of Zee Interior and cannot be shared or reproduced without permission.
Payments must be made in accordance with the agreed payment schedule. A percentage of the total cost must be paid upfront as a booking fee. Final payment is required upon project completion or as per the contractual agreement. Delayed payments may attract additional charges.
Project timelines will be outlined during the planning phase. Delays caused by client-side changes or unforeseen circumstances may affect deadlines. Zee Interior is not responsible for delays due to force majeure, supplier issues, or third-party delays.
Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds for cancellations are subject to the terms in the project contract. Work completed up to the point of cancellation will be charged and is non-refundable.
All materials used are of standard quality unless otherwise specified in the agreement. Warranty on materials and workmanship, if any, will be as per manufacturer or vendor policy.
Clients must provide accurate details and timely approvals to avoid project delays. Any modifications requested after project initiation may lead to additional costs and extended timelines.
Zee Interior is not liable for damages caused by misuse, improper maintenance, or alterations made by third parties after project handover. Liability is limited to the cost of services provided.
Client information is confidential and will only be used for project purposes.
